Maple Boutique may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available. In the event that part of your order is out of stock, Maple will remove the out of stock items from your order, and will ship the items on your order that are in stock. You will not be charged for the removed items and will be notified via email of the order changes.

We will process your returns/exchanges once we receive the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.
Maple prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 7 business days after being received, and you may exchange your item or we will provide you with a Store Credit.
Please note that Mapleboutique.com does not permit the return or exchange of the following items:

Step One: Please refer to our Return / Exchange Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Step Two: Complete the Return/ Exchange Form on the back of your invoice and make sure to include it in the package with the item[s] you are returning.

Step Four: Drop off your securely sealed return package at any UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package. Items can also be returned to our store Maple Boutique in Wrightwood, CA for exchange or store credit.
Please note- the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless mapleboutique.com has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.
